Terms of Service — Mystery Cards

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mystery Cards ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Mystery Cards lets users mint, forge, and trade non-fungible tokens on the Stacks blockchain. All on-chain actions are irreversible and executed by smart contracts outside our direct control.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

4. User Content & Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you submit (including prompts used to forge Derivatives). You may not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or that violates third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to content you create. By minting on the Service, you grant Mystery Cards a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Blockchain transactions, gas fees, and asset values are outside our control. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mystery Cards is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
